Job Alert: QC Microbiology Positions at Cognnate Biotech Private Limited (2–3 Years Experience)

COGNNATE BIOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for talented and motivated life sciences professionals to join our Quality Control (QC) Microbiology Team at our modern manufacturing facility in Mouli, Barwala, Haryana.

Key Responsibilities

• Microbiological Assay & Testing: Routine microbiological testing of raw materials, water systems, in-process samples, and finished biological products.
• Environmental Monitoring: Active and passive viable air monitoring, surface sampling, non-viable particulate monitoring, and cleanroom qualification.
• Laboratory Documentation: Preparation, review, and archival of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) records, analytical reports, and out-of-specification (OOS) investigations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), USFDA/EU-GMP standards, and internal SOPs.
• Instrument Handling: Operation, calibration, and routine maintenance of autoclave systems, biosafety cabinets, incubators, colony counters, and TOC analyzers.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Sound theoretical and practical knowledge of microbiological techniques and microbial limit testing (MLT).
• Proficiency in culture media preparation, growth promotion testing (GPT), sterilization, and strict aseptic practices.
• Hands-on expertise in microbial identification, staining, and subculturing.
• Familiarity with cGMP/GLP guidelines and audit-readiness protocols in sterile manufacturing environments.
