"Functional Characterization of Drought-Responsive Transcription Factors in Pulse Crops using CRISPR-Cas9 Mediated Gene Editing" — Under PI Dr. S. K. Mukherjee.
Essential Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Biotechnology / Life Sciences / Plant Molecular Biology / Genetics with minimum 60% marks.
- Valid qualification in CSIR-UGC NET (JRF/LS) or DBT-BET (Category I/II) or GATE Biotechnology.
- Hands-on experience in plant tissue culture, cloning, Agrobacterium-mediated transformation, and qPCR expression analysis is highly desirable.
