Key Responsibilities
- Lead downstream purification process optimization for monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and fusion protein biosimilars.
- Design and execute Design of Experiments (DoE) protocols for resin screening, viral clearance filtration, and ultrafiltration/diafiltration (UF/DF).
- Oversee pilot-scale tech transfer to cGMP commercial manufacturing facilities.
- Author BLA/IND regulatory submission modules and technical development reports (TDR).
Candidate Profile
Ph.D. in Biochemical Engineering / Biotechnology / Industrial Microbiology with 2-5 years experience, or M.Tech / M.Sc with 6-10 years proven track record in industrial biopharmaceutical chromatography systems (AKTA Avant/Process, Tangential Flow Filtration).
